Unopened items sold returns are acceptable by Soapberry.org within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Items returned without contacting us will NOT get to their intended destination.
You must NOT ship items back to our P.O. Box address located in various places on this website. That is NOT
where items are to be returned. If they are returned to our P.O. Box we will have to charge you shipping
costs for forwarding to our center.
RETURN POLICY - If your purchase of product is damaged during the shipping in any way you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a same replacement. Shipping cost born to the buyer.
EXCHANGE POLICY - Exchange for other items are acceptable for unopened items within 14 days from the date of purchase, also shipping cost and 20% of restocking fees is applicable. We not guaranteed for refund for any amount left. Buyer should pay the exceeded amount.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Products that are opened or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not receive refund.
Please note: We do not refund shipping costs that you paid on returned item unless shipping is an error.

your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will
receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit
time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business
days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it
(3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our
refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of
your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
